We're looking for passionate Support Representatives to help us take care of our customers and give them the best possible experience with Admin By Request.
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling support tickets in your region with our ZenDesk tool
- Help test future versions closely with the development team, which in turns gives you a unique insight into our products
You must:
- Have 5 years experience with technical support or as a system administrator and have a genuine desire to help people in a friendly, empathetic and patient manner
- Be tech-savvy; curious and motivated to gain a deep understanding of how our products work - inside and out
- Be able to manage your own time while being a team player with a systematic approach who can juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time
